Andrew has spent over 47 years working in the construction industry, beginning his career as a boilermaker welder. Over the years he has gained experience across many trades, developing a broad range of practical skills that allow him to tackle a wide variety of construction and custom-building projects.

In late 2019, Andrew founded Andrews Constructions to provide clients with reliable, high-quality custom building solutions backed by real industry knowledge. His years of experience mean he understands how to design and build practical, durable features for businesses and homes, including custom reception desks, cabinetry, backdrops, and other specialised construction projects. Andrew focuses on delivering work that not only looks professional but is also built to last.

Behind the scenes, Andrews Constructions is supported by a close-knit team that values quality and attention to detail. Andrew is a proud father and grandfather, and family plays an important role in the business. His partner Lea is responsible for quality control, helping review designs and ensuring every project meets high standards before it reaches the client. Her fresh ideas and attention to detail help ensure each build is both practical and visually appealing.

The business also works closely with Blanc on Briggs, the corporate hire side of the operation, which is owned and run by Lea and her daughter Melissa. This close partnership allows the team to provide a range of services for events, businesses, and commercial spaces. Together, they focus on delivering reliable construction services, custom-built solutions, and professional installations, helping clients bring their ideas to life with trusted craftsmanship and personalised service.
